How many watts average and max power will I gain from wearing these?

Why are there no Sutro polarized? Need to see drivers clearly through the windows.

I think I read Oakley designed the frame for biking and they found polarized lenses did not provide the best type of optics for the sport. Not sure why or anything about it though.
