Great "forever" metal ruler with both inches and millimeters, +. I don't use a ruler often but neede one with millimeters and centimeters.

Wantwed stainless look; compromise for simple markings, cost, and protective pouch.
I wanted plain markings in metric and English units in bright stainless without spending a fortune. These have simple markings, and the back sides have conversion units. Unsure about wear on conversion data. I also dislike the color, favoring stainless look. Very sturdy and easy to use. Inflexible, as they are supposed to be rigid. Great travel/protective pouch. Good value.

You can read them
you can read them with this white etching on a black backround. That's important for old eyes. Also, made out of metal so better etching measures. Nice case too.

It's a set of rulers and they measure things
Sturdy and easy to read. There is a handy conversion table on the back. If I lose these I would buy again. Otherwise they well made enough that I suspect I will never have to worry about replacement.
