Bath Shower Tray Sealing Kit Self Adhesive Flexible Strip Tape Tiling Seal 4 Metre & FREE Roller

I used this product because I had seen Roger Bisby use it on the Skill Builder YouTube channel. By the way, this channel is a must watch for anyone doing DIY.Sticking things with tape is not one of my strengths, so I found this a bit of a challenge to install around the bath. I found that it was better to cut the tape, and do shorter sections, along the long side of the bath. It stuck to the wall and stuck to the bath very well. It also stuck a bit too readily to the backing paper in places, so watch out for that. My tiler was very impressed that I had used it. Due to my lack of skill, it was harder than it could have been to install, but I am very glad I did it. I think of it as insurance against leaks around the bath. If I were to renovate a bathroom again, I would definitely use this again.

Product was delivered a day ahead of time and in perfect condition as is typical of the items I have bought on Amazon, what a great service amazon provides. I bought the 4 metre shower and bath seal from no more leaks. Traditional bath edge sealing with silicone and grout is not good enough by today's standards. Any slight shifts in the substrate will break the seal and risk a leak. You really need a belts and braces approach and this seal forms part of that process. It is self adherent so you don't have to worry about messy adhesives. It is quite thin so will fit neatly beneath the tiles and comes with a handy roller that I plan to reuse if I ever need to do the seams of loose wallpaper. Really good value for money from the seller. I haven't installed it yet so cannot comment on my experience of its adhesive properties or ease of use, and will update this review once i have but from the look of things it should be straight forward and work fine.

Very sticky, so quite difficult to align properly. Once in place it appeared very strong. Job finished and no problems so far.Will use again - unless I find something that is easier to apply.

I used this to seal between plasterboard and shower tray prior to installing shower panels. It's very easy to use, sticks securely. I had to trim off a little bit of excess after I'd put the panels in but that was simple with a Stanley knife.

I'm very disappointed with the stickness of this no more leaks tape. I needed it to stick to white pvc window and tile backing board but will try another product if ever doing anything similar.For the price I expected a much better product.

This was really easy to install and I can see it will be peace of mind that zero water is going down the side of the bath.However for what it is - it's so expensive! This is the case everywhere so I bit the bullet and ordered here.Fast delivery :-)
