The picture turned out and looked great. Pleased with the results. The one complaint I have is that I was specifically looking for a 14x18 picture. In the US that is 14 left to right and 18 up and down. Instead of following that logic, they will put 14lx18w instead of flipping the numbers around. So my fault for not catching it but it printed in a direction I wasn't expecting. Still is a good product though.

Print was made very nicely. quality mounting and hardware to mount with. This is NOT a glossy print if you are looking for that. It is has metal look to it. Not what I was thinking when I got it but it is still very nice. Will look good on the wall.

My dnd group had a custom drawing made of all our charcaters as present for our DM. I was in charge of getting it printed for him. Discovered amazon has custom printing to metal, and decided to give it a try, the price is good and a metal portrait sounds cool. Well they took a long time to get it printed and sent, which kind of makes sense, it has to be custom printed and all, but still felt like forever. Almost a month later it finally arrived, was all excited for the big reveal... And its severely cropped, characters have been beheaded. They took my picture and rotated it so it didn't fit! The preview window was in landscape mode and my picture is portrait. So after I uploaded it, rotated it to match the guidlines and everything looked great on the preview. Not so great in print.I ordered a refund, and at least the return was easy, they don't want the picture sent back so instantly got my money. Bought it again, figured maybe this was a random fluke. Sometime accidents happen. Well this time I rotated the picture ahead of time and saved it in landscape mode, before uploading. I figured maybe the preview software was glitchy. The wait wasn't quite as long, and was excited to finally have the print to hang on the wall! Except they did it again! Exact same mistake! Its still printed sideways!The picture is 11x17, the metal print is 11x17, how hard can it be to match those numbers?I will be ordering a print elsewhere, don't want to keep collecting misprinted panels and waiting forever to be disappointed again.
