Heart - Arrived Scratched and Piece Fell Off
First off when I opened the battery compartment the metal part with spring on one side was missing. I did find it on the floor and slid it in place and inserted the batteries. Luckily it lit up and works well during testing. Second, upon removing the plastic coated wrapping from heart I could see that the entire piece is scratched on both the front and back side giving the impression that the item had been used. For the money I paid I will keep it unless it craps out sooner than later.

Exactly the lights we needed
We needed some lights for our kids to hold up during a 60th birthday party, and they worked very well for this purpose. The kids loved them too. The lights were exactly as described - we got a 0 and a 6.The only tweak I wished for was the battery compartment was way too easy to open and the batteries to pop out, but overall it wasn't worth taking away any stars from the rating.

Great product
These letters are a lot of fun and look very cute. They fit in with a lot of different decoration themes. I constantly like to change up the look of my decorative shelf and these letters fit nicely with different themes. The light has a very soft romantic glow about it. Definitely recommend.

This is my second time purchasing this item and I will continue to do so if needed! Theses letters are great. Perfect size. Lights up bright enough. Comes with batteries. Cute for weeny decor.

Defective product, poorly made (and I tried two of them!)
Don't bother. Not worth the money. Comes to you simply in bubble wrap in an envelope and it won't turn on (even with brand new batteries), just doesn't light up. Who wants this without the lights?! I returned the first one I got, received a replacement from the manufacturer within a week, and the second one I got (the replacement) had the exact same problem!
