This is a much more convenient way to use compared to opening the packets. I use it frequently and find the packets irritating as well as more expensive. Additionally, I can mix it with other powdered sweetener for a more pleasing taste. I put it in the shaker and use it similar to a sugar dispenser. I actually use an old Cinnamon shaker that I bought and use up the cinnamon.

Factory has changed the packaging a bit but still the great sugar alternate I've been using in my coiffee for decades.
