Great value, great performance, MORE than your money's worth
Would not hurt to have either a sheet of paper or just a web address printed on the plastic bag leading to instructions for forming each guard.But if you have done that before, these are NOT touchy. In fact, I initially misfit a unit. BUT, the material seemed like it could be reheated and refit. And, yes it is. So I have a perfect fit without wasting a unit. So I have three more for when this one gets lost or too nasty looking even to clean with bleach.BTW, very smooth and comfortable. Thick enough for safety, thin enough for easy fit and breathing while playing soccer. I forget I have it in my mouth.Size seems perfect for use from pre-teens to adult males (even with wisdom teeth).

For what I paid, awesome! I love the simplicity and the look of this item. The quality surpassed my expectations and it’s overall durability and design are great. Very good price for the product, plus you get 4...Product works welll and is made of good silicone.

Simply good
These are great for anything really. It is super easy to use and mold onto your teeth also. I used them for sparring but I know people who use these for sleep as well. Just word of advice, don't put them into your mouth right after boiling them, let it cool for a bit first.

It's a little thick for a small mouth.
The flexibility of the mouth guard is great, but the mouth guard itself is a little thick.

Might work for kids but not me
These are very rigid and to narrow for my mouth. When I was able to bite it into place I felt LOTS of pressure. Might work for you but not me

Effective and Affordable!
I'm happy that they work, aren't uncomfortable, and are priced fairly! I also like that there were 4 in a PKG. They worked as well, or maybe better than a $20+ single one I bought from Walmart! I have bitten my tongue since using the guard! Thanks

Never heard of Coolrunner
I wanted the Wilson brand mouth guard and I was sent some cheap mouth guards from China. I don’t recommend.
