Gentle and natural
A physiologist recommended Marshmallow and licorice capsules daily to ensure frequent bowel movements. We in my family take each daily (and have done so for years) and it is gentle and natural. Though there are other brands Solaray is my choice.

Helping calm my son’s fibromyalgia symptoms
My son appreciates the help with his fibromyalgia symptoms. The Marshmallow root is a good anti-inflammatory. His symptoms are less painful. He still has symptoms, but they are a little more manageable.

Works
I take this product because my bladder has developed a sensitivity to acidic foods. Marshmallow root coats my digestive system with a barrier that soothes the irritation from acidic foods. Doesn't cure the problem but surely makes life easier.
