After much research and looking at other people's reviews, I thought I would be brave enough and order one to try out.It was packaged well and arrived as expected, no delays.The quality of this product is well made and although it's a decent price, it doesn't feel cheap at all. I've been using it for a while now, and has now become my am/pm skin care routine. It's very simple and easy to use.When I apply this on my face and neck, it absorbs into my skin effectively and easily. I don't have to wait for it to dry at all. It feels nice on my skin and refreshing to apply. The product itself has a nice silky texture, hardly fragrance at all, well not for me anyways. And it's not too thick or too watery, as I've tried a few others and it's been very watery base. So it's the right consistency.I did however, had a few issues with the glass suction that takes in the product. It was very loose I thought it might break any time soon. But I spoke to the company about this and they have been very helpful and ensured it was dealt with accordingly. Their customer service was brilliant and they put alot of care and effort making sure their customers are statisfised.Apart from that, I still use this product and will purchase again in the future. I defo recommend this to anyone to give it a ago. I've been using it for a while now, and I haven't had any side effects at all. The price for the bottle you are getting it's amazing and totally worth the penny. I would defo be buying some more and hope others will enjoy this too...because not only will you get a great product in your skin care routine, but you'll also get great customer service from the team behind the product itself. I've only been using this product a few days. And noticed a difference! Brighter soft skin! Its really lovely. Smells nice. It starts off very runny and sticky but really quickly drys on face! Disappears. Which is great for me I have oily, combo skin. I've been using acne treatment acnecide. The last few months. And now my face is clear. Just oily, combo and very dry skin with scaring...Aside from the odd one or two spots I get every few weeks down to hormones! I really wanted to add to my skincare routine. And give my skin a much needed boost! I wanted something that could help with my acne scars. And a friend suggested vitamin C for your face? I looked on Amazon. And there are loads to choose from. Some that are too expensive ☹️. I saw this and based on what I read. And the tons of positive feedback in reviews. Thought yes I will give this product a go! And even though I haven't run out of this product yet! I'm ordering more! It doesn't make my face too oily and has made my face seem healthy soft brighter! I'd definitely recommend it as part of a skincare routine. It's a good affordable product. That helps make skin look healthy brighter. I'm hopeful it'll help on my acne scars. It's too soon to tell for that. But I'm hopeful!.

My second purchase of the duo product; the first one given away as a present.I do not use it religiously but have tried to incorporate it in my routine as recommended; vitamin C in the morning, retinol in the evening. I find the texture of the serums a bit thick/oily and sticky, but the feeling of stickiness on my fingers immediately after the application is gone in less than a minute. On my face they feel fine. I noticed no particular smell and both serums absorb quickly yet leave my skin feeling soft and hydrated. Nevertheless, I do apply a moisturiser afterwards. I had not experienced any adverse reactions using these serums. My facial skin is normally affected by redness and discolouration, but I have noticed of lately that it is much improved and it has a nice healthy glow to it. There is less redness, the skin feels much smoother to the touch and the skin tone is more even. The under eye area looks more toned too, however the dark circles and eye bags are still there; maybe there was a slight improvement but nothing to shout about. To be fair, dealing with these two particular problems very much depends on their cause, and no product can resolve them if there is an underlying issue to be dealt with.I believe both serums are of a decent quality however I do have a negative to point out. The product I received was delivered sealed but with some kind of a sticker at the bottom. When I removed the sticker I realised that it was covering the manufacturing date which was the beginning of 2023. From what I understand, even when unopened, vitamin c and retinol serums have a limited shelf life so maybe the stickiness of the product is due to the serums losing their potency as they were possibly about to expire.In conclusion, I believe that these Eclat serums are decent quality products at a decent price, but due to the expiry date issue, I am not sure if I would buy them again; it's possible, but I would have to think twice about it...

Good quality

I have never used a serum before so this was my first try. I was pleasantly surprised at the texture of the serum - not oily at all and it quickly absorbed into my skin. I definitely think this works, making my skin brighter and hydrated. However, I was not pleasantly surprised by the horrible smell of the stuff. Reading previous reviews, I don’t know if it’s just the batch I got or if it smells like this anyway but I can’t get over the stale stench. I tried to veil the smell by adding in a couple of drops of orange essential oil and it does help but not enough to cover the pungency. Such a shame, as I do like the product - I am forcing myself to use it until I finish this bottle but the smell has definitely put me off buying it again. I have bought another much more expensive serum to use when I finish this bottle and thankfully it smells lovely.

This cream is such high product quality, it creates skin softness and glow. It effectively gives line reduction. A must have product. Highly Recommended.
