Outdoor Brochure Holder Acrylic Wall Mounting Literature Dispenser

A great holder for my BnB advertising postcards. The cards stay dry in all kinds of weather. Just what I was looking for.

I received this tri-fold brochure size and the 8x10 flyer size. The "flap" on the tri-fold flyer one arrived broken. We read in the reviews that this had happened to others, but decided we would give it a chance. I don't believe it is a product issue, it is strictly a shipping issue, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. Though it had one layer of the tiny bubble wrap around it, a little better protection for shipping is needed. I will be returning it and requesting a replacement. Fingers crossed they change shipping material.

We have this mounted to a fence outdoors in a park. Mounting took some modifications, drilling holes in the back to attach cable ties, then sealing with tape. The box is a little taller than it needs to be for letter-size trifold brochures, making it a bit of a challenge for people to pick out one brochure. But not a big problem. Best thing about it, it has kept the brochures dry in numerous rainstorms.

This brochure holder is designed to be held in place using adhesive strips. The adhesive strips do not stay attached and we ended up drilling holes through the back of the box to secure it in place with screws. I would advise buying a box that uses screws instead of adhesive tape.

I ordered this in December 2019. It’s been updated somewhat from the product photo, at least the photo shown at that time. The lid overhangs the front of the box by about a half inch now, which is great since it makes it easier to lift the lid. The fragile plastic hinges have been replaced by a flexible price of plastic. The acrylic is crystal clear, that I really like. The other available plastic real estate boxes seem to have white or other color lids which I think makes them look cheap. This box looks high class. Will have to wait to see how uV resistant it is to clouding.

Got it to put on the wall next to my door for roommates to put the rent in (Command strips are the greatest thing ever!). A big much, but it works fine. Only thing is it's so narrow that if you put anything in there except a flyer or a business size envelope, you'll need tongs to get them out. I can't imagine anyone using this for it's intended purpose without getting frustrated with fiddleheads and leaves and other crap finding it's way inside. How do you clean it out? Not a problem for me, obviously.

I applied this to the window outside my studio and it's working! People are snapping up my Menus and booking appointments..EXACTLY what I wanted!The acrylic is crystal clear.. I used my label maker to create a "Please Take One" sign to stick on the top and because the top is white, you can actually see the sign! Comes with 2 long stickers to adhere it to your window and an alcohol wipe to wipe everything down first to ensure proper adhesion.
