We love these chairs. Very comfortable and the mechanics are extremely smooth, quiet and feel very high quality. We are quickly getting spoiled by the mechanical, NON-manual, recliners! And certainly their appearance stands out, although unfortunately they aren’t seen much as they are in our bedroom. They are very nice looking, uniformly colored, bright red leather. The color shown here at least on my computer is very close to actual color. The electrical cords are nice and long, so it is easy to run the wires and plug in nearly anywhere in the room. The shipping was fine, the freight company called to schedule delivery a few days after the order was placed like expected, but they made it a few days later than the appointment we set. Mildly irritating, but was the freight company not the manufacturer. However the chairs arrived in perfect condition so it’s all good. The chairs were very easy to move and to put together -2 pieces each- took 20 seconds to put together. I do wish they had some hardware to connect the two together more permanently but we can do that easily eventually. They are heavy enough to stay close together without it for the most part. I would buy these chairs again, and we could use a couple more in a different color for another room, so we probably will before long.

I want to start out by saying I absolutely love these couches. They came earlier then they were scheduled to be delivered which was better for me. Customer service was excellent (called to find out shipping details).Couch details**They are made extremely well in my opinion, the leather is beautiful and tough so they seem to be able to withstand the test of time. On top of being made tough and by tough i mean they do not feel flimsy at all they are solid but they are also so damn comfortable you do not want to get up once you sit down. They dont make any noise reclining unless you put each seat tight next to eachother. I have mine set with roughly 1-2 inches between them.These couches came with trays that slide in next to the arm rests and are so useful. I have been using mine non stop either to hold my food or remotes or anything i can think of that i would want while watching tv.I 100% recommend these couches to anyone who wants a movie theater experience at home only your going to have way better seats then at a theater. You will melt in these couches without fail. So please stop wasting time and just order them now, you will be able to justify every single penny you spend on these.Y yr

I love my home theater power recliner chairs by Seatcraft. I ordered 3 chairs to replace my loveseat. They fit perfect in the living room. All the steps to follow were smooth sailing. They were delivered on time. They were packed solid and carefully wrapped with care so no damage would occur. They were easy to put together. I couldn’t be happier...A+ rating and customer service ROCKS!!!! Every night is movie night at our house. Comfortable ,durable frame, cup holders,led lighting and plenty of storage. I could go on and on but it’s time to Pass the popcorn !!!!

Bought this item for our new movie room. I gotta say the quality is top notch and they are very for table. Comes in 3 boxes so getting it up the stairs was not too difficult. Backrests slide into bases like any other recliner. The led lights are bright!!Haven’t used the usb charger yet but I’d be shocked if it didn’t work as it should.Great product and very happy.

We are living in our RV 5th wheel while remodeling our house. Therefore, comfort & convenience is of the utmost importance to us right now. Our chairs arrived ahead of schedule and were easy for my husband to install. They are a perfect fit in the space allowed. It is just the two of us, so, we eat most of our meals in our chairs using the personal trays that attache to the arms. After extensive research online, we are delighted with our decision to purchase these recliners!
