Before purchasing I noticed some reviews saying "good customer service but faulty device" since others THOUGHT their wand was defective. I was one of these people. WRONG. The wand WORKS you just need to learn how to use it people! Like others I was lazy (and excited) so I skipped reading the included instruction cards and thought I would figure it out. This is an advanced skin care device with 4 different and unique modes so you will save yourself A LOT of time and energy if you simply take 3 minutes to read the included instruction card. Simply pressing the power button does not turn the LED's on. You need to press "mode" until "Photon" is blinking and then press "intensity" to cycle through which lights you want. It works exactly the same with the other modes - just hit mode until that particular mode is blinking on the screen and the use the "intensity" button to adjust to your desired power level or desired LED color. Its actually super super simple. The customer service team was awesome! They responded within hours and educated me on proper use. Don't be a lazy dummy like me and read the 2 included cards!Oh, and the best part is . . . it actually works and very very well! It has a luxurious feel to it - this feels like it would cost many hundreds of dollars and not what I paid for it. The LED's are strong and you can instantly tell this is a premium product. Like any other beauty device don't expect any miracles but I have been using it for some time and it definitely works if you have realistic expectations. I use very expensive Hyaluronic Acid and concentrated Vitamin C Serum (Obagi) and this device is a great way to make sure you are getting your moneys worth with your serums. After applying my serum I activate "Bio-Wave" and "Nutri -" and Red light. Bio-Wave gently tingles and warms my skin. Nutri - uses negative ions to deliver your pre-applied serum into the skin more efficiently. I am new to light therapy but use the red light since I read that its energy is effective in boosting skin elasticity and collagen. My serums absorb way faster than before and my skin glows! Its a good feeling to know your making sure your expensive serums are being put to work! I also use the blue light when I have the occasional breakout and it seems to reduce healing time by at least a few days. This is a 100% must buy item. Do not hesitate on this one!

So I'm almost 61 and as my dermatologist told me once, I have that "cheap Irish skin". Years of living in the Southwest have resulted in sun damage despite daily use of sunscreen and moisturizer. Recently I started seeing the dreaded lip lines. I'd had an LED light facial and my skin responded well so I started looking for a similar product on Amazon. I wanted a wand so I could use it on other parts of my body - the backs of my hands, for instance.As other reviews point out, the packaging is impeccable. Once you read the quick start cards the unit is easy to operate; it's kind of like a labelmaker, where you push the "mode" button to get to the function you want and then use the intensity button to set your level. I found it pretty simple.I've been using it nightly for the past week while I listen to the TV, on my face and neck as well as on the back of one hand only (so I can compare down the road). I've used all three of the light shades, and mostly use the cleaning function (which you can totally feel pulling crud out of your face; it's WILD.) Here's what I've noticed so far:-my lip lines are GONE. Seriously.-Crepiness on my neck has improved noticeably-dark spots have faded slightly. The green LED works well on the spots. This is particularly noticeable on my hands; the one where I've used the wand has significantly fewer spots than the other and the veins are less prominent.-pores have shrunk and skin appears firmer overall-sporadic blemishes (which I still get at age 60, yay) quickly clear up without becoming cystic (the blue LED works well for this)Like any skincare product, you do have to use it regularly. It tingles slightly (much less than a laser, for example) while it's in cleaning mode. And like most skin regimens, the first week or so pulls all the crud from down in the deeper layers, but using the product consistently means that doesn't cause problems with the look of your skin. Overall I went into this as a skeptic but I am definitely a convert now!UPDATE: I’ve used this every night for three weeks, mostly using the green or red light + cleansing function. Here’s what has happened:-nose pores big enough to park a bus in have virtually disappeared.-jawline is firmer; crepey skin on neck has noticeably firmed-naso-labial folds have softened and look plumper-lip lines have filled in and my upper lip is fuller-sun spots have lightened; one big spot under my eye is almost gone-overall, skin is incredibly smooth and taut.-no issues (yet) with charging as others have mentionedNo, I’m not being compensated in any way for this review. I have no idea how this thing works but it’s truly miraculous. I never want to be without it again. If you’re debating, buy it - you won’t be sorry!

A beautiful device, easy to operate and works well. I bought it for one of my son's birthday and tried it to make sure it was operational. I used it on my hands and the light has reduced the age spots on my hands and they have not retuned to the previous size. Sadly my son did not want to use the wand for his acne so had to retune it as it is too expensive to keep only for myself. I then found that I was out of the retune period of one month but CERES UK were really accommodating and went above and beyond in their consideration and agreed to a full refund. I would not hesitate to recommend both the wand and CERES UK.

Device arrived today and is now charging for the mandatory four hours prior to first use. Have to say the packaging and care taken in delivering this device to customers is second to none. The information cards stacked on top of the device make it exceptionally clear that operating instructions need to be read before use. These cards are great in explaining how to operate the different modes for specific purposes. The warranty gift is an additional twelve months with great contact details for if anything goes wrong. The seller has made it very easy to be confident in this device. Can’t wait to use it and if I remember, I will come back and update results after following the advice of two to three times a week to see results in six weeks.I’m 46 and becoming more aware of my once chubby cheeks (which I always hated but am now very much missing) sagging to form nasal folds and marionette lines around the mouth. Pigmentation is also a developing concern. Fingers crossed this beautiful looking little device can put some kind of youthful spark back into my facial features.

It’s came with different look compared to the page there but it’s alright…. HOWEVER the red or blue light never on and no instructions how it work 🥴🥴 NOPE 👎

Easy to use with clear step by step instructions for different skin care routines. After one time, feels good. Hope to see results soon.

Mine isn't working so I can't speak of the effectiveness. If you live outside US, it is not worth it. I live in Singapore and I have to return the item. Shipping fee is of course a bit steep + all the hassle of returning. If you live within my same location, search for s hop ee, they also selling but of different brands at lower cost and it's easier to transact if you received a defective item. Overall, not happy. Shall stop buying like this with Amazon.
