Easily as good as the big name products. It works as well as any I've ever used (and that's a lot) , tastes nasty but it works! so who cares how it tastes!

Does the job…
It works good.. Doesn’t make you sleepy. Just taste awful however it does the job. Use the NyQuil as well to help with a runny nose and sore throat.

Fast and Effective
I order this frequently and not because I'm frequently ill, but because it helps with multiple symptoms. I'd say that cough and nasal congestion are the main symptoms that I target.It works really fast and the taste is good for a cough / cold medicine.
