Poor customer service
The delivery was brilliant. The first sofa was damaged and was replaced. After a few months the sofa started to feel like I was sitting on a plank of wood, no cushioning. I contacted the company and they eventually sent out someone to have a look - he didn't sit on the sofa, wasn't aware about the storage underneath. I was told there is nothing wrong with it. The back of sofa has now broke. Rubbish quality and poor customer service.

Wonderful great service
I'm just so grateful for choosing honey pot. The service was great they kept in touch all the time very responsive the sofa is great the delivery gentleman was great contacted before arriving. The service was 10 out of 10 just great. If you want to buy a sofa this is the right place I'm genuinely saying that I'm so happy. Thank you guys!
