why did this come with no ac delco proof

Unless I go to the dealer and purchase the item at the counter I have no way of knowing if it’s a OEM part. I went by part number and trusted who I bought it from. It looked identical to the part that came off the H2. Works perfectly. GM out sources to other countries all their parts. Won’t be made in USA
