I learned to eat curries when I lived in South Africa back in the 80s and this was my go-to curry powder. Have been buying it on Amazon for many years. Makes a delicious curried chicken salad or lamb curry. Can’t do without it.

Growing up in S. Africa, my sisters and I put Rajah in almost every cooked meal. And when I left home I search for it everywhere online and in international stores. Of course, my searches were futile until one day I decided to search for it on amazon. I had done an amazon search about two or three years before and they didn't have it.The second time, some years later, Voila- I found it. I was so excited. I wanted to order more than one.But my friend advised me to try one first. It arrived on time and i couldn't wait to cook and try my Rajah.Yet when I tried it, I didn't taste and look as I once have known it to taste and look. Maybe it's because I hadn't had it in years. I don't know. I'll try another pack just to be sure.

I bought this to make Curry Chicken Salad. It was thr right amount of spice and excellent flavor
