I have never had to return an item that I have ordered through Amazon. My first would have to be an extremely heavy queen size adjustable base. This was poorly packaged and very well could be the reason for the damage. This was delivered while I was home and my garage door was open. However, was just leaned up against the outside wall without notifying me. When I realized it was there, I tried to check it out to see if I could get it moved into the garage, the cardboard was so flimsy that it ripped right off. I left it where it was for my husband to move.He thought it would be better to unpack it outside and bring it in. He soon discovered that the hinges connecting the top half to the bottom were bent and the coating was chipped away.Now we have to try to wrap the cardboard around the base, tape it all up and return it. Can’t find any contact information for the vendor and Amazon says that they can’t help because no one has posted this issue before me, but I have until August 22nd to return it. Very disappointed. Wish I could have gone to a store and had it delivered and set up. I have MS and ordering online makes my life so much easier until now.Update 10/3/2019. The customer service regarding this was amazing!! They replaced the base and were so nice to deal with. Can’t say enough good about them. Got the base set up a couple of weeks ago and I LOVE it!! Easy to set up. Motor is quiet. USB ports work and love the light underneath for when you have to get up in the middle of the night. Highly recommended.

I was in the market for an adjustable queen sized base and at first I was wooed by some of the features of other adjustable bases like USB ports, massage and extra memory settings. But after reading the reviews and noticing that all those extra features were prone to failure, I decided on this LEISUIT base. (Following the KISS rule)The fact that it is upholstered, has a memory setting and a few preset settings like Zero Gravity, TV, Anti-Snore placed it higher than some of the barebone bases but this base still came it at a very reasonable price. I was initially skeptical because of some of the bad reviews but I did not have a single bad experience.Shipping was really fast. Box was a little beat up on arrival due to FedEx dragging something that weighs this much but nothing was damaged inside. Unpacked everything and set it up. It is really heavy so you need help to get it to where you need it. I was happy with the initial quality with the only gripe was that my bed was now too high.I contacted the seller about the advertised adjustable legs, they asked for an address, and I received a tracking number the next day. This new set of legs arrived in 2 days and of no extra cost to me. They were fairly easy to install and now my bed is exactly as I wanted.

I slept on a friends adjustable bed and was hooked. I couldn’t afford the big box stores prices so of course went to amazon for value. Researched all the options and reviews before narrowing it down to this product in a Queen size. I’m glad I did! The shipping was fast, assembly is as described. No tools required. Unfold, put the legs on and you’re in business. The only downside is the leg height. I’m putting this bed down into a bed frame. And I purchased a 12 inch gel foam mattress for the bed. The 6 legs come as one unit with 3 sections. The instruction booklet give no hint on the legs being adjustable as stated in the description in the ad. It does look like it can be adjusted shorter, but not longer. Once installed, my bed was only 8.5 inches off the floor. Then add the mattress and it’s still about 20 inches. The mattress struggled to come out of the bed frame headboard, footboard, kind of getting caught as it moved up or down. I went back to the description on amazon and it said adjustable to 10.5. I currently have an email to company on how to accomplish that, but in the meantime I bought 3 inch risers for under the legs. The mattress now rises and lowers a little easier and it’s a nicer look. Before it looked liked a toddler bed being so low.The motor is super quiet, the light underneath I can’t imagine using, but is working. I have used the flashlight on the remote. I can’t use the USB ports because of the mattress being so low into the bed frame. I guess I could use it in an upright position, but wouldn’t be able to if I lowered the head.All in all, a great purchase, great price. Would’ve been a 5 Star with longer legs.

Have no problems with this base at all. Heavy, but easy to set up, works great. Remote is simple and easy to use. My only complaint is that it sits low to the ground, but that was easily solved with the purchase of extensions. I think all of the adjustable bases are not very high. It also fits very nicely in my bed frame. All in all a quality purchase at an affordable price

We've had this bed for one week now and from the very first night I've had the most restful and comfortable sleep that I've had in a very long time. The zero gravity setting is ideal for me as I am having hip surgery in one month and this setting takes all the pressure off my hips and lower back. we purchased a 12 inch gel foam mattress to go with this frame and we couldn't be happier ! The only thing I would caution people about is that the carton is heavy...have someone help to get it into your house. After that it took only 15 minutes to unpack and set up. We love it, Thank you so much !!

Love it!! The box a beat up a bit from shipping, however that’s expected when you ship a huge heavy box. The frame was completely wrapped up in a heavy plastic. Checked bed for any damage... none, all the parts were boxed up in the middle of the frame. Put the legs on and plugged it in , that was it. Put on our 12 inch Zinus mattress and works perfect! I really like that the USB ports have blue lights in the port so you can see them at night. Also the under the bed lighting adds that calming flare! Nice solid bed. Definitely recommend it!

This is a nice bed but if it stops working as mine did after 2 years, good luck with having it repaired. Amazon will not send out a technician, the company (LeSuit) will not even acknowledge requests for help. Buy American!
