Many of those so-called amplifiers don't work. They generate more distortion than its wort. Surprisingly, this one actually does work! I have a Pioneer app radio and now, finally I get FM signal between towns and on motorway. Hi-fi radio signal is discovered in even small towns so highly recommend. The installation literally took me 5 minutes. This will depend on your car but they even include a scuff-free pry tool. I am also happy about an auxiliary fuse installed on power lead. There is little to none instructions, but since you know what to order, you know what to.do.with it too. There are two.fast deft cutting connectors. Just locate the remote cable off your head unit (usually blue or blue-white) and using the provided connector (just one of the two) squeeze into it!

Easy enough to fit, but I still get bad reception when travelling. Might need to try DAB adaption

Doesn't work that well picks up a few stations but soon looses them when traveling .Bit of a nightmare when have to keep looking of stations

I expected some instructions for fitting such as wire colour etc to connect the power connection. It came with no instructions at all. Luckily I knew what I was doing but others might not. I'd give it 5 stars of it had instructions.

My wife has an ageing Ford Focus which will only just receive radio 2. (Don't judge me). I thought it might be the usual earthing issue so I cleaned all the relevant connections which improved all the other stations no end but not the one I wanted.I fitted this unit and it reduced reception to almost non existent across the range. I'm not necessarily blaming the unit, there is probably something else I've overlooked Just be warned this is not the silver bullet it looks like it might be.
