Solid product
Finish and feel is nice, the latching operation feels industrial and long lasting, but time will tell. Definitely more premium then my last kwik entry lock which new has that loose feeling in the doorknobs.

Overall Good Quality for the price
You cannot beat this price. I am a Realtor and this was a rekey for a property I helped an out of town client buy. I installed quickly and seemed like a very quality product.

What a Disappointment!
After buying and installing a whole house worth of these 'modern' door handles, I replaced my side garage door and needed one more. I must admit, when I got the first group of handles for the front door and some interior doors, they seemed a little 'sharp edged' - especially the locking button, but that seemed to be the only issue and I decided to use them anyway and installed them throughout the house. Then this handle/ deadbolt combo arrived and I put it in service. It seemed to work alright - a little difficult to turn but I figured it would loosen up, which it did. THEN, while using the handle from the outside to get back into the garage, the entire handle came off in my hand! Washers, springs, rods and levers and all! I saw that the return window had closed after three months, so I used the 'reach out to the manufacturer' message window. Nothing. Then Amazon sent an email to me asking if I had heard from the manufacturer. I replied 'no', but no other correspondence came. From ANYBODY! So here I am with a house full of potential time-bomb interior and exterior door handles, a non-responsive manufacturer, and an ambivalent AMAZON. I am so disappointed in all of this. So much for quality construction and 'standing behind your product'. And what was the point of Amazon even ASKING if the manufacturer had responded if they won't do anything about it if they didn't?? Tick-tock on being locked out of my own house!!

Very heavy duty and modern new look
I am a 72 yr., old 5 foot, 106 lb. great grandma. I have always been a D.I.Y. person, but size, age, and health have slowed me down and I figured adding a couple of rooms onto my home was a bit more of a challenge than I was up for so I hired a contractor to add a couple of rooms onto my single wide mobile home, (a 3 week job they said.) After 3 months they finally had the support pillars in and sub floor down and started on the framing. Then they told me it was taking longer then they planned so it would be almost double the labor they had quoted me. I let them go and hired another contractor to do the wiring and sheet rock. They insisted on working for an hourly wage and said the 4 of them would have the job done in under 2 weeks. Well, 10 weeks later I'd had enough, I sent them on their way and decided to complete the task myself. The moral of this story is, IF you want a job done to your specifications, D.I.Y. is often the best. After 9 months of construction I'm finally ready to add the finishing touches, like hardware and such. My new back door of now off the master bedroom so I wanted a very heavy duty lock system. After much research I came across The Berlin Modisch set. It is very well made, feels heavy and secure, and has a nice sleek appearance. I like the square look, gives it a modern look. Getting it in straight can be a bit of a challenge, but with a little patience you will be rewarded. It feels very solid and secure on my back door. I've purchased a second set to install on my patio door.

Good quality
I have this for over a year now and I was afraid the black would eventually rub off but it hasn't.
