Incredibly powerful!! Tops the face mask style ones easily, which I’ve had two of! This can easily do full body if in a small dark room, main focus being the face but lights the room up intensely. Really only use the red and blue which has the most science behind and definitely works for spots - aging red light you kind of have to go blind faith as you won’t see anything for a while. So take before and afters. I personally use this after microdermabrasion or an acid peel to boost effect.Overall best led tool I’ve bought to date.

My rosacea has reduced significantly since using this and any patches of redness and sensitive are almost gone.I’ve also used it on my young teenager to help with the early stages of acne and seen a dramatic reduction in red bumps on his face and upper arms.Recommended
