Disappointing. Ordered for my son, leaked the first time he tried using it. Returned it and they sent another one that did the exact same thing:/ stinks because it’s a really cool cup

Perfect for upping water intake.

Although the look of this infuser is pretty (hence the one star!), the overall design of it is NOT user friendly. There are too many no-no’s for me. The strainer. It is definitely not large enough to put ingredients and add ice, unless of course you just fill the strainer with fruit and then try to fill the inner tube with some ice and then try to fit the strainer in the tube with the ice........ugh!! Already we have a situation! 2- After finally getting the strainer (with the few ingredients squashed in it!) firmly attached to the BOTTOM of the bottle with what cubes of ice I could keep jammed in there, I finally turn it right side up to fill with water. (At this point I’ve already broken a sweat and need some water!) Needless to say with everything jammed inside the bottle, there really wasn’t enough room to fit a normal size bottle of water into the darn thing! Which means after a few slugs of water I’ll be refilling it again......and again.......AND yet again! (You get the picture!). My only other alternative would be to put NO ice and leave the bottle in the refrigerator for at least an hour prior to leaving for the day (if I can remember to do that EVERY day!) By the end of the day I go to wash out this fruitlessly (*lol*) frustrating contraption only to find out that it’s kind of difficult to wash the lid without getting the wrist band that is attached with a key ring to the cap (aaargh!) soaking wet.....unless I feel like breaking a nail trying to get the damn thing off every time I want to wash it or waiting forever for it to air dry! What makes this even more disappointing is that I had bought two and gave one to my sister!! She tried to be nice about it at first but she finally admitted she didn’t like it either. We will drop them off at Goodwill next time we’re in town. Maybe the next person will find them less cumbersome. I am sorely disappointed in this one and will have to keep searching I guess!

When it works, it is great, but unfortunately after using for a few days, this leaks at the part of the cup that does not come apart.
