I recently moved to the South and have had difficulty finding Almond Paste in my local grocery store. So I ordered from Amazon and I can tell you, this is the best Almond Paste I have used EVER. I make Madelines and my family immediately remarked on the fresh Almond flavor. The Madelines were gone in 2 days. The price is right on point but the quality is superior to other brands I have tried.

During the holidays is when I do the most backing, from rainbow cookies to cakes and so on, and it's hard to find a very good quality consistent almond paste that has a strong and aromatic taste and scent to it. And this one does, it completely enhanced the taste of the pastries that I made so much so that everyone was talking about it. The funny thing is that I used to pay double to triple the price for almond paste and the texture and taste and scent of this one beats those completely.
