Zoo wee mama
The SHARPEST knife I've ever owned. Water won't even hang on the cutting edge, but a whack on the sink will ding the edge because it's quite fine. Really thick through hardened blade. Nsf handle is tacky and hard to drop. Mercer does it right.

another success story for this line of knives. this handle is a great nsf material that's a treat to hold. the blade itself holds an edge better than some of my handmade Japanese knives. I have the nakiri and the 4 in. debra and boy o boy are they so worth it!? for the price and quality you'd be silly to pass this up!

Excellent Right Hand Blade for Small Prep Work
This is an excellent knife for a bartender who has to do their own fruit/vegetable prep work. Yes, it is worth having over a paring knife, even just for your citrus. Two bonuses: It looks bad ass and will start conversation, and because something I was asked to rate was giftability; literally had my manager tell me I would be happy to receive this as a gift the first day I brought it out.
