Why spend more
These flex irons are really nice. I've been wanting a pair for years, but never wanted to spend a couple hundred bucks (at least) on a name brand set. I wanted to try some to see if they helped with knee pain, as middle age is kicking in. Really helped my knees, no pain or aches from the first ride in these! Very stable, yet enough flex just where you need it. Seems like quality metal and rubber. Very happy I made the switch for a more enjoyable ride.

Nice, heavy irons
They seem to be well-made, I like that they are heavier to hang directly down. Would buy again.

Big improvement, but could be more decorative
I thought it may take some time to get used to a flexible stirrup but it felt no different than my old one except for requiring me to bend less. The traction on the stirrup is really nice. No slipping. It has a plain look that could be improved. Very comfortable and I haven't noticed the weight while riding.

Great riding must have!
Love how secure it holds the ball of my foot when riding.

Pleasantly surprised
These are an excellent deal for the price. I replaced my wide bed MDC stirrups with these and have seen a noticeable improvement in my lower leg stability.

Excellent
I have a pair of Hermes Sprenger’s stirrups, but I didn’t want to pay over $250 for stirrups for my other saddle… and I’m not sorry. These are great! The Sprengers are prettier and feel like higher quality. No doubt. But I really can’t feel a huge difference. I had a cheap pair like these on a saddle I’ve had for 17 years and they never broke after 15 years of regular use (have a new saddle now). Don’t listen to the review saying these jointed stirrups are unsafe. 🤦🏼♀️ The only issue you may run into is you may not be able to use them in equitation classes, depending on your show affiliation.

Love them!
Got them for my horse who likes to spook because I was wanting extra safety measures. I also was having ankle pain with my previous stirrups and wanted a change. They are super comfortable, look good and I have no more ankle pain! Definite recommend.
