The ease of use and the added sound.
Using a 32” TV as a monitor an it does not have a VGA connector. This worked perfectly, it was easy to install and it also gave me sound as well as picture. Would recommend this product to anyone going from VGA to HDMI.

Does exactly what I needed it to do
I needed to connect an old desktop with VGA and 3.5 mm outputs to an hdmi input on my smart TV. Mission accomplished. Plug and play, I was up and running in less than 1 minute. Seems to be of durable construction and I've now used it daily for a few weeks. If you need to do the same thing, get this one. It's as described and delivery met expectations.

Have an old computer with a VGA port and a new TV without one? This is the device you are looking for! Thanks to the sound cable, sound comes through as well.

Did the job
I don't have an HDMI on my laptop and needed to connect it to my television to use it as a monitor and this cord really did the trick, even adding audio which was perfect. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

Perfect
Pros:A single cable. This thing works beautifully!Cons:Only one--The VGA connector gets slightly warm.Other Thoughts:I have another one witch is an adapter style that has a plug for a HDMI cable,(Gets very warm and flickers a little).

Connect chromebook to older monitor
Works great. My daughter connected her school chromebook to my old acer 21" monitor and absolutely loves it!!

Poor quality and did not work.
When I received it, the pakage was dirty. The cable looks very poor quality. Finally, it did not work for me. I'm pretty disappointed. I have to return it.
