Not Generic Actually Made By Fiamma
These we bought to replace the original side mounts in our 20 year old RV. They are much better quality than the old style brackets. These are solid aluminum not some sort of cheap metal. If you are using to replace old brackets it is a 5 minute job. Remove 2 screws and old gasket clean and place new ones on. It is recommended to seal around the screws with silicone and you are done.We can finally use our awning without staking it down.

Plan Ahead this is not a 2 minute job.
The product was what it was reported to be and works beautifully with our Awning. The product is easy to install using the hardware provided. We are set up for summer camping now. Show up throw out the awning , set up the chairs and sit back and enjoy a drink.

Better than the plastic brackets
My new trailer came with the plastic brackets from Fiamma. The top sliding piece on both broke within two weeks. I used the aluminum version to replace them and they work great now.

Brackets Work, One wouldn’t stick all the way.
The brackets definitely work as intended, but one of them would not completely stick- even though we made sure that the surface was completely cleaned and we followed the instructions. We’ve had them on a month or so, and so far, so good. For the price if these, I was disappointed that we had trouble getting both to stick onto the surface of our van. Time will tell if the one that wouldn’t completely stick will last.

Broke already
The ends of my fiamma awning after placing them in the bracket wouldn’t close. Because of this The wind snatched the awning and broke one of the brackets already!

Match
It was as advertised and matched the one I was replacing.

Now As Good As New
Easy replacements for the two which had ceased-up due to corrosion of the steel shims, and broke when I tried to force them open. Have greased the replacement shims to help keep rust away, and will lubricate annually also.
