When they arrive broken, do you get a refund?

There is no way this product could be sent without some breakage. If you insist on totally unbroken crackers you would have to shop for them in person and even then some would probably be broken.

These two packages of lesley stowe crackers were all crumbs when received. any way to get a replacement or refund? customer service does not exist..

They do tend to break some in transit but they are still really good. I'm not sure there would be any way to prevent some breakage of the crisps.
