Not Good For Beginners
I was hoping for a book with pictures of the stitches used for hand sewing. There are written instructions but no pictures of any of the stitches. Not s good book for beginners. Waste of money!

Missing photos
There is lot of informations for Beginners. However without illustrations it is difficult to follow. Step by step guide should have photos.

Horribly written--barely understandable after a few pages
At first glance, this book seemed to be pretty good. The introduction (first couple of pages) is well written and that is what I was able to read in the preview prior to purchasing. However, once I ordered the book and received the hard copy, I started reading the rest of the book and it is very poorly written. I couldn't understand it, because the grammar is so bad. Don't waste your money--there are far better sewing books out there that are written AND edited by professionals that make sense when you read them.
