Should come with a spell to make it work.
Opened the pen and, as you do, gave it the ol' swish & flick. Had a call with a customer and wrote down and few notes, then the pen stopped working. I was so upset, I didn't even want to unforgivable curse my colleagues. Looks cool though.

Very little ink
This was bought for me as a jokey Christmas present, I found it rather top heavy but perfectly usable, however when it ran out of ink and I removed the innards to see if I could get a refill I was amazed to find the inner ink holder and ball point combined was only 5cm in length. I have not yet found if I can obtain a refill.
