I normally wear a 22/24 top, 2x or 3x depending on the brand, so I ordered a 4XL since a lot of these types of shirts run small. I probably could have gotten away with the 3XL. I wouldn't call this a boatneck top, but it's close to it. The sleeves hit me just above the elbow, which is what I wanted. Based on the picture, I thought the bottom was banded, but it really has elastic sewn into the sides for that ruched look. The material is thin, I'm not sure if you have to wear a cami underneath, but I do when I wear it. I will be purchasing more colors of this top.

This shirt is awesome! I ordered a medium in the charcoal gray (I am 5'7 and 170lbs) and it fits perfectly! Very flattering and accentuates your curves while hiding your tummy :) it is a great shirt and definetly worth the $15! Will buy more colors right away!

I really love this shirt. It's a light, stretchy material and the shirt is actually long enough for my big belly. I just had a baby and I am an extra large person (about 5'7, 360lb) and I ordered the 5x- fits great for how I like them. I usually wear these around the house and if I'm going out I wear an undershirt underneath and shapewear since they're a nice thin material. This picture was taken with nothing underneath aside from a bra (its cleaning day in my house!)

I was surprised how just how much cuter this looks than I expected. It's very comfortable. I wish the elastic held the hip gathers in place better; I may sew in shorter elastic. But it's adequate for now. The sleeves are not as long as pictured. They come just slightly above the elbow, but look longer in the ad listing. The fabric is very soft and VERY stretchy.Update: I purchased two more of this blouse. Unfortunately, Amazon now uses your review over again from previous purchases, so I have to add my comments for those purchases as an update on my first review, rather than as a separate review.The fit of the second and third blouse aren't exactly the same as the first. The neckline is just slightly raised and not quite as wide (I like this much better, but it could be normal manufacturing variations). The sleeves seem a full inch shorter (probably also normal variations, but I hate this). The elastic at the side seams is shorter and tighter, which makes the ruching stay in place better (I LOVE this). Let's hope it's a permanent manufacturing improvement.Maybe the manufacturer reads Amazon reviews, because wanting the ruching to stay in place was mentioned by other people too. Kudos to the company for being responsive if so.I will have to add some fabric or lace etc to the sleeves to make them suitable for me. I hope any future purchases have the original sleeve as this change wasn't an improvement for me.I now have this blouse in three shades of green, a color I don't usually get. But it is helping fill in my wardrobe concerning some hard to match clothes. I'm going to watch for new shades as this top can be dressed up or down and is very flattering to wear.

It's a bit roomy up top (I'm a 2x with size B boobs) but the length was perfect for my shorter torso (I'm 5'2). The material is beautiful and light - great summer blouse. But here's the problem for us big girls: If you have a big gut and/or butt (I have both), remember it's tight in that area. Yes, the gathering (rouching) looks great from the front - really great camouflage- but from the side, all that fat is very visible because the shirt is form fitting. This shirt is NOT for those of us who want to use clothes to create a kinder silhouette unless you wear a jacket or something similar to blur your profile.

I like it, but it's a tad small. It fits, but for HOW I wanted it to fit, it's small. I tried to order based on the other reviews, and I got an xl (plus). I wear a 16-18, 42dd. This fits, but not the way I wanted it to. It isn't long enough for one thing, which was something I crave in tunic / dolman tops. The material is shimmery and thin, and very soft. Don't take this the wrong way... the fabric is NOT cheap, nor is it a bad thing...the fabric itself is beautiful and the shirt is soft. But after a couple of kids I've got some muffin top going on, and thin fabric that is even a tad too small doesn't accentuate that very well. Plus, I like longer tops in case of the dreaded "toe" (I'm sure you ladies can figure it out). So if you have my proportions, get the next size up from the xl plus. If you want it really flowy (as I do), try the 3x. I might order another in 3x. If I do, I'll post another review.

I am 5'4", size 16 regular, and bought a size XL. The bottom of the shirt hits right at the base of my hips and fits snugly as it should, making it drape as pictured in the photo. The cut and v neck are very flattering and pretty, and it fits well and looks nice. The fabric is thin, although not see through, but I plan to handle with care and gentle cycle wash and air dry as I can tell it will not hold up well to more vigorous wash/dry cycles. I plan on buying more in different colors, as it really is a cute top that makes me feel comfortable and attractive.
