This has paid for itself 10x over even with having to pay the yearly subscription. I 1st bought this cuz I was having a major issue with my Audi A6 and no check engine light was on so regular obd wasn't giving me any codes. I took the car back n forth to the dealer 4 times for the same issue and they couldn't figure it out. They actually told me my car was possessed (no joke)!!! I bought this and the day I got it I figured out what was wrong with the car and the next day it was fixed. Since I've had this it has saved me every bit of $10,000 by being able to figure out and fix the issues myself and not having to pay expensive dealer or shop prices.

VAG Group cars (Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, etc) are very specific in terms of maintenance and repair. Normal scanners will not work on these cars or will not be accurate / provide all features. Not all mechanics or shops have the necessary equipment to diagnose these brands of cars. That is where it comes very handy to own such a useful piece of equipment like this. It connects to your phone / tablet very easily via Bluetooth and provides access to setting up and managing a lot of features in your car. One downside is that the translation and explanation of features are not translated in a great way, but you can still understand and research online of needed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. They sold me a "new" OBD11, that was in a used box, with dust inside of it and on the scan tool. Was dead on arrival. These should blink an orange light, which is their "heartbeat". Well, mine didn't, and it's heart was dead. Couldn't be found on Bluetooth either, which confirmed that it's dead. In the process of returning for a refund. This seller clearly sold me a used, already returned, item. Unacceptable. Now my time is being wasted having to return this item because of a dishonest seller. Attached is a picture of someone else's dust on my "new" scan tool. Rant over, the OBD11 is an awesome scan tool for your VW/Audi, and I've used mine for years. My original one I've had for years stopped connecting, so I thought it's time to get a new one. I highly recommend an OBD11, it'll save you thousands in repairs and diagnostics if used properly. Don't pay attention to the reviews saying you need to pay for every change. Buy the pro account in the first place, and don't use their "apps" if you don't wanna spend the dollar per change. You can do all the same changes for free if you do your diligent research and use long coding. Once again, I can't recommend this product enough, but for your own good, stay far far away from this dishonest seller.

I needed to reset the service interval. It doesn't come preloaded with any credits. I bought 100 for $20. I used 10 to reset, then another 10 to make the windows roll down when opening the door. 2019 Q5 w/ Android phone. It connects via Bluetooth easily, and the longest part was the initial scan and you can skip that to go directly to the apps. I wanted to buy the app to point mirrors down while in reverse,but I guess my model doesn't have the motors to do that. It's tiny, and very easy to use.

So what can I say, you buy a car for all its awesomeness and you get a car with fewer features than it has. So I downloaded the App started getting my free Points daily and once it arrived I was able to enable every feature I was missing like, Optical Parking screen, Needle Sweep, Dynamic Turn Signals, cornering lights and so much more. Yes the dongle is expensive but the face of an Audi representative when you show them the features you have to pay for enabled its so good, its worth money.

bought to clear service indicator after a DIY. used on a Samsung android tablet, but app hung first time (waited 15 minutes of spinning circle). had to kill app and restart (worried I would brick the Q5).. luckily I was able to retry and get the indicator cleared. you need to buy credits (or watch boring ads) to get more. There was one error code in my Q5 when I did my first car read, but couldn't easily find a summary of the error. I was able to clear the error, but still to this date can't find what the error. No logging/reports? really? may just sell on ebay...

Product works great for the vaule, you need to understand automotive programing for the really indepth stuff but you dont need it unless your really heavyly modding your car, but it does everything a VW OBD scanner would do (checks moduels and sensors as well as live data) as well as having preset VAGCOM programs pre written for you to purchase, witch you can just watch ads and get credits, or if your impatient pay like 10$ for credits and unlock all the features you'd like for your car, 99% of features cost 10credits witch cost 1.50$ if you pay for them, so the people complaining about that are a bit idiotic, any of my friends or guys i meet at car meets with supported vehicles i can pop it into his car and let them unlock theyre features (for free or not, up to you) iv got tons of credits stashed away so its nice showing people features there car had hidden away

Cet appareil fonctionne pour toutes les marques du groupe Volkswagen: Audi, Skoda, Seat, Lamborghini, Bentley et cetera. Le service client est très réactif, j'ai eu un petit souci, apparemment ce produit avait déjà été vendu puis repris par Amazon, le 1er client avait donc déjà enregistré un véhicule une adresse mail et un mot de passe. N'ayant pas le mot de passe je n'ai pas pu réinitialiser son mot de passe car l'adresse mail de récupération était celle du premier client. J'ai contacté le service client en Lithuanie via leur page de contact sur leur site web en ayant toutefois peu d'espoir mais j'ai été vraiment étonné, ils m'ont répondu en français en moins de 24 heures. Avec toutes les excuses ils m'ont donné un lien pour réinitialiser mon mot de passe + un bon nombre de crédits en compensation. Je les ai trouvé vraiment très efficaces. Surtout pour un service client par mail, et à l'étranger. Le service client de cette entreprise surpasse de loin beaucoup de services client téléphonique français.

El aparato está realmente bien, te hace un escaneo del sistema en busca de errores y si los hay te dice a qué se deben pudiendo resetearlos al igual que para poner a cero los intervalos de servicio. También te permite introducir la codificación necesaria en caso de por ejemplo sustituir la batería AGM y evitar errores de gestión de carga o para desbloquear el freno trasero electrico cuando quieres sustituir las pastillas. Luego aparte tiene configuraciones preestablecidas para modificaciones y adaptaciones diversas que de otra manera tendrías que acudir al servicio oficial. Ojo! es necesario obtener la licencia PRO para ejecutar cualquier modificación. Cómo única pega pondría que depende de que operación te pide una cierta cantidad de créditos (10 por lo general) que o los compras o puedes conseguir hasta 6 diarios previo trago de un rato de publicidad.
