Easy to install
Fixed the annoying battery warning message at boot time on my OLD Dell Latitude E4310. Really easy to install.

Battery connector does not fit my Dell E4300 laptop.
The battery connector on this new replacement part is about twice as thick as the connector on my original Dell E4300 battery. So the battery connector does not fit.

Battery is correct but the connector was not.
The battery is correct but the connector was not. I have a DELL Latitude E4300. I had to cut the old end off of the old battery and then solder it on the new one.
