I did a lot of research and wanted to get my husband off the statins he had been taking for years. He had his cholesterol tested and then started with this product. He waited 2 1/2 months and retested. His total cholesterol dropped 70.1 points which put him at 131.1. His triglycerides dropped 29.8 points. HDL went up 3.4 points. LDL dropped 67.3 points which put him in a great range. It made his ratio of ldl and hdl 3.7 which is great. I can't say enough great things about this product. He rechecked a few moths back and everything was staying close to the same. Triglycerides dropped a little more which was good. The greatest thing is that he is no longer feeling ill from statins. He feels much better and this medicine is working. Not to mention the cost. This is way cheaper than the 100 a month with insurance for statins. I know this doesn't work for some people. If you aren't sure though , give it a try as it is better to try it and it not work than it is to stay on statins.

I'll simply say, this product worked!Just look at my lab resultsI added to my daily routine of drinking an oats, fruit and chia seeds smoothie for breakfast and took these pills for about 3 months (1 to 2 pills every other day, I wasn't completely 100% consistent with dosage).I had high hopes and took a before and after blood test to confirm the results.** I highly recommend this product and will continue to use. First of all I bought it because I went off my Lipitor due to side effects and it is to balance total cholesterol numbers but lower Triglits. That being said, my BP went down.. A LOT. I have been on BP meds too and my normal number is always 148/90 but now it is 120/65 I am serious. in less that two weeks but i have been on over 30 days now. My DR will take my Cholesterol test next month, I will post an update then. She is taking me off the BPs. very happy with the product
