NEW WindStream 6 inch Desk Fan / Clip Fan combo, includes both bases. UL Listed

I needed to replace my daughters fan that clips to her desk. I was pleased with the price of this one until I got it and it didn't have the screws that hold the whole thing together. I couldn't use either base without those screws. I would hope this was an isolated incident, but I had to go through the process of returning it. I wasn't sent a new one, I was given a refund and decided not to risk it on this product. Besides that, when I looked at the price again, it was almost twice as much. No thanks.

I use this in the bathroom. Assembly was a tad confusing at first (i thought it was missing stuff, but I was able to figure it out), but once you figure it out, it is easy to assemble. Although the clip was the most gigantic thing I have ever seen and it took both hands to clip it to the counter...but that's a good thing, b/c it stays put very well. The 'high' setting doesn't seem too strong though...it's more like a 'medium'. otherwise I am very thankful to have it.

This is perfect for air circulation and with the clip can be used almost anywhere. I enjoy clipping it to a kitchen shelf on warm days just to get the air moving. Even in cool weather I've used it when I'm cooking over a hot stove. It's also great in a hot bathroom to keep me cool while I'm putting my makeup on.As far as quality goes I give it the full 5 stars. It's sturdy, quiet and kicks up a nice breeze. We are having an unusually long hot dry spell in the NW and I've had it next to my bed running for over 2 weeks 24/7. It hasn't faltered or even gotten warm. It's two speeds are nice and the unlimited directional adjustments great.Give it a try. I'm sure you'll find your own uses for this mighty mouse of a fan.PS I need to add my cat has discovered she likes laying directly in front of the fan. Great for her, but she's blocking MY breeze. It's a good thing she's such a great girl or I'd boot her right out of the way.

I opened the box to find my "new" fan with too obvious scratches and stains on the side. Even the repackaging wasn't done right! They just jammed everything in there and the box didn't close properly. Now I have a big dirty scratch on my desk fan stirring at me all day, everyday. If I wanted a used fan I would have ordered a used fan!

My son love this fan. He can carry it wherever he want.

Seems to be running slow or weak. But for the price I didn't expect much from it. Wouldn't buy again.

This fan lasted less than a year..... Motor stopped turning the blades.
