This was easy to assemble, however, there's a bar in the middle of the back rest that digs into my back. It is the most uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in. The fact that this chair is over $100 makes it even worse. This isn't the only problem I have with this chair. When I requested to return the chair, I obviously needed to dissemble it. The only problem is, this chair was not designed to be dissembled. Please consider this review and also read C. Steele's review on the product. This was a waste of my time and I regret buying it.

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive chair that would have height adjustment for the arm rests. this one fit that description. It was very easy to assemble, less than 5 mins. Off the box the support is very good, all adjustments worked well and I am very happy with the purchase. I have only used it now for 3-4 days so can't speak to its durability will do that later but off the box is a great value.

After assembling the chair it was tilted to the Right. It was so much that the arm rest on the Right side needed to be lifted up more than the Left to compensate the difference. Sitting for a long time on this chair is not comfortable. Lumber support on the back is not as strong. If you're looking for a bit of lumber support this isn't the one for you.

The chair seems fairly sturdy and somewhat comfortable but several huge issues with the contents of the assembly of the chair.1. The chair height adjustment handle came broken into 3 pieces right out of the box.2. The "chrome" plastic cover that is designed to cover the connection of the metal wheelbase to the air cylinder that supports the chair came broken into 5 pieces and was very very flimsy and thin.3. The bolts/screws that came with the packaging were not enough. There were only 4 bolts/screws that were designated in the packaging for the connection of the arm rails to the chair base, but the instructions and amount of holes, is 3 bolts/screws per side, making a total of 6. Even with the "extra" bolt/screw, they give you in that size, is still not enough, leaving 1 missing.4. The bolts/screws easily "cross-threaded" and when tightened (one or two turns from hand tightening) gave this odd grinding sound that does not exactly say high quality.0/10 would not buy again.

Great chair. The accordion thing that goes in the back to adjust the back support height just would not fit. Not a deal breaker for me since I don’t move the back up and down. The arms are quite high if you’re petite. They adjust up but not down, in or out. So it may cause shoulder and neck pain if your under 5’5”. Arms that adjust lower or in and out are more expensive so take that into consideration. Other than that, comfortable for smaller people or women. Very comfortable seat. Easy roll wheels even on a rug. Just wish the arms would go down.

This chair may look very nice but it’s very uncomfortable, the seat hardly has any cushion and you can feel the hard part when you sit down also the mesh that you rest your back on is very loose and you can feel the hard plastics behind the mesh on my back I work in an office 10hr a day and I go home with very bad back pain. I will not recommend this product to any one.

Good value. Comfortable overall. Seat could use more padding. Lumbar support is very rigid at the top and could is uncomfortable for me due to my height but could be fine for someone else. The back reclines slightly even when the locking lever is engaged.

i like the "seat" - lots of room for my skinny ***. That little mechanism digs into my lower back too. My old (ok, very old) chair allowed me to lean back quit a bit (good for stretching after hours peering into the laptop screen). This one only allows a bit of a neck tilt... i guess its a safety feature. it will due fine but i wouldnt buy it again
