It's greatest competitor would be the Anchor PowerCore II 6700. That one is smaller (in size and mAh) but from my experience Anchor has 10/10 customer service. I've had to contact them once and they immediately solved my problem and in addition sent me several follow up emails about customer satisfaction. Their customer satisfaction is well documented on the internet and I will continue to buy Anchor products.What I like about the PowerADD is, although its only slightly bigger, it's 3,300 more mAh. That's a little over 1 cell phone charge for most modern cell phones (and even more for older cell phones). The biggest difference between the 2 would be this size issue; it's wider, longer and fatter. Length is the most noticeable, its roughly 1/4" longer (maximum), so it's not that much.If you are not okay with the size difference than consider price. At first I thought for approximatley 11 bucks less you were getting a fatter charger. Then I realized, yes it's slightly bigger, but you are getting that extra 3,300 mAh for less. Then that really became a sell for me. Ulimately you are getting more for less.Yes form factor is imporatant. And for some people, it's more important than others. But, if you are looking for excellent performance and functionality and are willing to compormise on 1/4 inch that this is simply a no-brainer. There is a reason why it has 5 stars here on Amazon. Not many items have 5 stars. This is an excellent item. While I have 2 for myself, I may even be buying more in the future as gifts when gift season approaches.On a side not **especially for geeks** the charging lights look like Tony Starks Arch Reactor. Very cool. I'm Sold!

My old power bank (16000 mAh) has unfortunately died last month, and since I'm traveling a lot I wanted to have a small, lightweight and handy replacement.Since I did not want to spend a lot of money (20 $ limit), I have decided for this powerbank, even if it has slightly smaller capacity in comparison to my old powerbank . For me it's 10000mAh also sufficient.I load my Samsung Note 9, all without problems.The compact design is also a huge advantage. Not a thick, bulky chunky shape, but slim and very portable. It fits into my jacket pocket or a small outer pocket on my backpack.A nice choice for me!

Really convenient to use it when charging my phone. I needed more than 2 hours to charge my phone fully with other chargers in the past, but with it, only less than 2H needed, it doesn't take much space in my bag either. In short, I’m so satisfied with it.

This is a very light weight (not too heavy) and pocket sized power bank with 10,000mAh with two output ports, a flashlight and a nice flat surface to personalize. It is about 4 inches by 2 x 3/4" in dimension, you can see it next to the iPhone 6s for comparison on side and width.These make fabulous gifts for the people who already have everything. There is a nice circular LED light that when completely full means your battery is fully charged, one light down means you're 25% low, two means 50% power, etc.Very simple and easy to use. I am mostly impressed by the lack of weight in this. I have some other 10,000 mAh banks that are twice as heavy.

Impressive product. I always go to some place where power supply isn’t available, so I need a external charger to provide sufficient power, as well as be portable enough. I get recommendation from my roommate i ever lived with him for half year, he has a power bank from same brand, but different model. He has used his charger about three years, which still functions as new one, so he truly advises to buy from this brand. I was persuaded and bought it. It does satisfy me in both size and capacity. Thank my friend’s recommendation , i will recommend it to my all of you guys too!

Love my Poweradd 10000 energy cell! It charged up quickly and rapidly! My phone is a older phone and the battery doesn't hold, so this is a valuable tool to help me maintain a consistent charge well away from home! And I love the carrying case that came with it! I also used it to charge my vape pen and I was able to use much sooner than the vehicle charger! This actually is my second charger from Poweradd and I gave my son my first one due to his frequently not maintaining a charge on his phone and my inability to be able to reach him because his phone was dead! He has also used it for his tablet well he was traveling and the grandkids were playing games on it, it would drain quickly so he was able to maintain a charge on it so the grandkids would be able to continue to play their games, which happy kids well traveling makes for a much better trip!

The power bank has met my daily use for outside activities. Owning a large capacity of 10000mAH, it fully charges my smart phone in about 1.5h. And the the size is portable enough for me to take with, only about 2*1*4 inch with the weight 6 oz. The small power bank possesses a good performance. Worth the price!

I wish I would have paid more attention to the one-star reviews that said it was not compatible with many devices, even though the description says it is.It is definitely not compatible with an iPhone 6 Plus, so don’t waste your time or money buying this if you have that phone.
