We love the sofa. We did have a problem initially but this has been rectified by Grace who has been absolutely AMAZING throughout. I was about to return the sofa until Grace provided a solution and helped us massively. We are really thankful that we were able to speak to such a kind, polite, helpful and knowledgeable member of the team who restored our faith in Wellgarden. Some of the cushions not enough padding

Absolutely disgusted with the sofa, marked in many places from rusty staples, metal sticking out of sofa which sliced my thumb, dirty marks on cushions, very uncomfortable and the pictures shown are nothing like the real thing. Do NOT buy. Still trying to get a return and refund

This sofa is very low down and cushions are filled with mix match materials. Sofa is very flimsy and uncomfortable and lots of the parts are coming loose, mainly the back rests. And also the cushions you sit on struggle to stay on sofa i wouldn't recommend this product.

Was confusing to build as had no instructions was lower than expected but a very comfy sofa

DO NOT BUY THIS SOFAThe sofa is badly made, very thin scratchy material. It is very poor quality, the arm rest isnt fixed on tight and first time i say down and put my arm on it it made a cracking noise and is lose (in not a big person btw) very low and the cushions are very very thin, not much padding or support. A very very bad sofa. Also requested to return it and get a refund as its not fit for purpose but cannot get hold of seller
