This mix made the best gluten free biscuits that I’ve found. In the 1.5 years that my husband has been gluten free I’ve found many gluten free recipes that we like just as well or better than the gluten containing ones but not biscuits. I’ve tried so many that claimed to be the best but were disappointing to say the least.These were excellent. I used the recipe on their website for the rolled and cut biscuits and we loved them.They have a nice crunchy chewiness to the outside and are very soft on the inside with a wonderful buttery flavor. The mix is expensive so wait for one of the sales. Since biscuits are something that I don’t make often (we save them for special occasions) this will be my go-to mix and recipe. You’ll need to decide if the biscuit is worth the price. It was for us because it was a special occasion treat we were really missing.

A few months ago, I did extensive allergy testing and found out I am allergic to a TON of different foods (soy, milk, wheat, corn, nuts, etc.). I came across this pancake mix and have probably ordered it 4+ times since! It's SO good that even my husband likes it (and he can even have "normal" pancakes). I found that they come out the best with using 1 egg (or egg sub), 1 cup of milk (I use rice milk), and 1 cup of pancake mix. I also have used chocolate chips and blueberries and each time they come out delicious!Thank you so much for creating a product that's safe (and delicious!) for those of us with a ton of allergies!

This mix was simple enough to use but the taste of the biscuits is metallic.Two cups of this mix make SIX biscuits. There might be 3 batches in the box but looks more like 2 and a half batch, so you can make about 14 biscuits with one $16 box.That's over $1 a biscuit.Even using the best gluten free or einkorn flour would still be cheaper than this and taste a lot better.

The biscuits were almost like Red Lobster’s without cheese. Only enough mix to make one batch which makes it a little pricey. Two boxes might make three batches.

Love this product. I have made cheeseburger casserole, shortcakes, pigs in a blanket and chicken finger coating. All turned out great. I did use the recipes from the website but believe you could substitute this flour in Bisquick recipes very easily. It handles consistently. Will be ordering more!

We use the same brand mix before and loved it, but this item arrived with bloated puffed up packaging, making food safety a concern. Will be returning.

True to measure for measure, cooks up perfect, cloudy pancakes and biscuits.
