My class loved this story and gave us many activities to work on in class

Wonderfully illustrated book, using bold, bright colours. Very helpful in providing my 5 year old with an easy to understand, positive motivation when he began school this year.

My little ones are about to start school and have been reading this book along with the original at preschool, we decided to get a copy for at home and it is a nice story, it keeps their interest, and hopefully it’s helping calm any worries about starting school.

Class really enjoyed this book and was great for start of school. Colourful and good quality paper.

We got this book for our 4 years old right before the change to "big school" from the crèche. He loved the way the Colour Monster was handling the change in a funny yet realistic way. We refer to the Colour Monster the first few days of him attending to school and was really useful .

What's not to love about the colour monster?!The story is full of great colourful illustrations and a fairly easy story line for young children. My LO is 3.5 years and she followed it briefly but became easily bored by it so shall persevere.Book arrived on time via prime.Happy overall.

Cute book, but definitely not as great as the original colour monster, my daughter enjoyed it but didn't find it to have much of a story/was a bit scattered. Was hoping for a bit more talk of feelings about school than there was. Still though, I'm sure my daughter will still be selecting it lots at bedtime anyways.
