Tools QUICK-GRIP 90-Degree Right Angle Clamp (226410)

I make many drawers-dovetailed, whatever. These make them stay square after glue-up and are simple to use. No idea how long they will last, but they are effective. You do need at least two of them for them to work on a box or something similar-I use 4 - three of these and one red one. To me, they are an advance in woodworking.

These clamps are the perfect complement to my work shop. With these clamps, I was able for form up a perfectly square dresser drawer. This is huge for me as I have very limited woodworking skills.

Exactly as it should, worked perfectly

First, let me say that I am an experienced cabinet maker and am somewhat of a perfectionist so my rating is not based on just occasional light use... I purchased 2 of these about 7 years ago after having 4 of the bessey version for several years and needing more but not wanting to pay the bessey price. I also purchased the stanley one that was out at the time and that thing was truly junk! Anyway, when compared to bessey, these are quite literally identical with one exception... The ones I received had a very nice rubber handle compared to the wooden one on bessey however It looks like irwin has now switched to the wooden handles too, and I can see why. I was using one of the irwins today when the rubber handle slipped and made the clamp useless. I've never had this happen on a bessey, but like I said, it looks like irwin switched to the bessey style handle now so maybe this won't be an issue any more. As for keeping things perfectly square, I can understand how people would have a problem if they are using this as a clamp, it would not work at all. If you want something that will hold your boxes or drawers perfectly square until the glue dries, then these are for you.. In order for these to do what they do best, you must assemble your box FIRST, then use this to hold it square until your glue dries. Again, this is not for holding pieces together during assemble, but instead for keeping things square after assembly while the glue dries.

Strong gripping power and sets a corner at 90° If it had a quick way to move the screw jaw to the work joint, that'd be super.

Solid right angle clamps makes building picture frames and cabinets much easier.

Came broken. The company did replace immediately. The company was easy to work with for a replacement.

This clamp is great for holding parts together for gluing and keeping them at right angles to each other. It can hold pieces that are not the same thickness and hold such as shelves, not just corners.

Te ayuda mucho a sostener la madera a 90 grados, buen agarre, el mango es antiderrapante, tengo el bessey y su mango es liso, me gusto mas el mango de este, lo recomiendo
