New Classic Furniture York Fabric Swivel Bar Stool, 29-Inch, Antique White

I wasn't too sure about these chairs at first when I got them. I was just looking for a good quality counter height barstool with 360 swivel but couldn't find anything that looked worth it in stores. There were pretty mixed reviews about these but I went ahead and took the risk anyways to see if maybe it was the type that they had ordered. None of the pictures had this model. I was very pleasantly surprised!! They were super easy to put together. They don't rock with misalignment issues at all. At first the color of the wood looked to have a green undertone but that went away as they spent time in the light. It is a perfect match for my neutral toned home! For this price, I definitely recommend it.

We chose these as they were on the lower end of the swivel stool prices, however I wish we would have spent a little more and bought from a different company. Upon ordering 5 stools, every stool came with either pieces missing or broken wood. So disappointing. We had 2 boxes with chipped wood and then had to get more washers for the other 3 packages. I did email the company and ask for them to replace the two pieces that came broken. The company in several emails reminded that they were stationed in New York so shipping was slow. I found that shipping was fast, but customer service was slow. They asked for pictures of everything, and after 2 weeks and a reminder email from me, they sent us the replacement pieces. Once we got them, they had sent the WRONG ONES! I clearly said in the email “seat frame” was broken, and they sent us the seat itself - HALF of the seat, mind you. That wouldn’t have even fixed it if the seat wood really was broken. The pictures on this review is what we sent them, in addition to a couple more, no “seat” broken.Also know that they take a little bit to put together and have lots of unfinished ridges that can cause splinters. They’re darker than pictured. Not a quality product at all and should be avoided.

When I first saw these chairs I feel in love..when they arrived and I assembled them there was cracks within the screw sockets, some of the screws were missing and I basically had to improvise since this COVID-19 has had returns be a stress I assume not go through...to old for that. There was a black stain on the back of one of the chairs it looked as if ink bleed through from the packaging...the chairs are a very light cream. I have decided that ordering online although convenient can, in these days, be a crap shoot! I just want to order something and actually get it without damage or missing parts...a girl can dream!

Pretty impressed with these bar stools. Color from the picture was a little off but that was expected. Quality is great and packing was fantastic. I am happy and impressed with these stools. I got 4 of them and all were in near perfect shape.

I needed stools for my three foot tall, “counter hight island”. After searching for these in furniture stores and on furniture stores online I found these here. I studied the reviews on all the stools that I liked. And narrowed down my search by what I was looking for. These seemed to be the best choice. Considering how the quality of everything has been poor since the pandemic, my expectations were low. But these stools really surprised me! With the exception of a couple of loose screws these were in great shape. All the hardware was there. The directions were easy to read. And the quality of the wood and pleather were good. Check your hardware. Check all the screws as you assemble. Button everything up and enjoy. These are half the price you will find in furniture stores and they are well worth the cost. I recommend these in a heartbeat.

Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. I bought these for ouhe bar area in our family room and they are beautiful and appear to be sturdy. I'm hoping they last as long as the ones I replaced (which was 10 years) but we'll see. Three of the 4 had visible issues. 1. Foot rest was chipped up, but I was able to flip it over so that it is out of site. 2. 1 chair's seat planks had visible heavy glue! 3. Two of the chairs' back padding had visible strings which I'm afraid to touch bc not sure if it would be a ripple effect. When I sat in them they were comfortable and the swivel is very smooth and quiet.

These stools appear to be well-made and well engineered. They look good and feel very sturdy once assembled. That said I cannot imagine assembling one of these stalls with the Allen wrench provided. I used almost every thing in my arsenal of tools including Allen driver bits Allen sockets Allen screwdrivers etc. etc. and installation was fairly simple. Not saying it couldn’t be done with that little wrench but I don’t have that kind of patience. Kudos to the Vietnamese for being able to produce a quality product, package it extremely well, and ship it all the way across the Pacific Ocean to the United States for a good value.

I’ve gotten stools similar to these before the only issue with those I noticed were the screws loosen easily after use so I was ready this time. As I opened the box I was disappointed to see what looked like glue and Styrofoam stuck to the leather. But found out it came off with some water and rubbing. Putting them together is easy but time consuming. I added some locktite glue to keep the screws from backing out hopefully. They are beautiful and just as described from my previous purchase I know they hold up so I’m excited to have my new beautiful stools to use!!!
