I am very impressed with this product. I use it for therapeutic reasons; back and neck issues. It is noisy, so if you are looking for a peaceful and tranquil experience I would not recommend this product. I really like the ozone feature and the option to select rythym or massage at varying speeds. I would go as far as to say this is better than a jetted tub for therapy as the mat gives you an overall body massage as opposed to just a few select areas. I was always having to move around in my jetted tub to target various problem areas and I don't have to move around at all with the mat. It is easy to apply and remove from the tub and the suction cups work really well. You can adjust the mat to angle a bit higher on the back of the tub to reach upper back, shoulders and neck really well. I definitely recommend spending a little extra money for the ozone and multiple features.

I was really looking forward to this gift to myself because I enjoy hot tubs. The reviews stated it was loud, but I am hearing impaired so I didn't care especially since I would not be wearing my hearing aids in the tub. Well, the bubble mechanism was really loud, I couldn't even hear my music play on my portable Bluetooth speaker that was on the small table next to me. Another unexpected issue was that the air pockets holes emitted cold bubbles. Finally the heating element did not keep me or the tub warm.

Love this! Add epsom salt, baking soda and bath oil, it's heaven. Wash it off and suction keeps it hanging on the back of the bath wall. BEST purchase everrrr.

I loved the spa. Turns out the mat had a small rip that became bigger with using it. Of course the water power ripped it. I contacted the seller and asked for only a new mat. They wanted a picture of the tear. I did that. They wanted to give me some money for the mat. Product no good with no mat. Then they wanted a video. Of the tear. A video of the tear? Then they wanted to know if the tear could be fixed, did it work, etc? I am just returning it. DO NOT deal with this manufacturer.

The plastic mat does not adhere to bottom of tub,the suction cups do not stay and it floats to the top ,so that you are not able to use it cause all the water splashes out of the tub tried to sit on it but the mat moves all over the place !

Suction power. This product is an amazing product but they do need to let you know that if you have a textured floor in your tub the suction cups will not adhere in any way. it is also just a little bit small, width wide. I hated that it did not work out for me.

This was way to powerful even on the low setting you couldn’t sit on the mat comfortably. Made a huge mess and was bummed that we couldn’t turn the setting down lower.

Not one of the suction cups held so just the weight of yourself to hold the mat down.The machine it self works fine.A little disappointing for paying over $400.00 for this item.

This Jacuzzi massage mat is to live for… Saved me thousands putting in a Jacuzzi tub and a Jacuzzi tub couldn’t do what this does… Gotta love the Ozone option… Absolutely awesome 🤩 product 🙏

Do NOT buy this product!! EXTREMELY noisy, suction cups don’t hold it to the bottom of the tub. China, the country, doesn’t accept merchandise returns. After spending $349+GST and $143 shipping to return it (only to have it returned to me TWICE!) They had the GALL to offer me $56 credit!!!
