I bought the pictures as a supplementary resource for a module on Civil Rights Heroes. My students were able to more fully connect to the content as they viewed and discussed the pictures. I would recommend that others add these pictures to their collection!

I thought these were going to be thin posters but they are actually real pictures on picture paper! They are beautiful in person, I brought picture frames for them and used them as the center focus in my wall. Everyone loved them, I would highly recommend.

I have these hanging on my classroom wall and students are intrigued by the quote. It offers an opportunity to discuss what freedom is (I teach 8th grade social studies) and how we have gotten to this point in history.
