How do you brew loose tea

You have several choices, the two most used are: 1. purchase an item available in many stores that is for the purpose of brewing loose tea - it will be a round object that is porous and opens up in two halves and allows you to put the amount of tea you are brewing, then close it and put it into the water. there is a similar gizmo that looks like a spoon, except the spoon end of it is also a cage that opens and you can put the tea into that. 2. put your tea directly into the hot water and let it brew, then you can either wait for the tea leaves to fall to the bottom or you can pour the tea through a strainer. Enjoy, this is great tea.

Any dating system? I have exact same product from 2013.

I am not aware of any dating codes. What I can say with full authority is I purchased two tins of this specific product in 1989, while on a business trip to Hong Kong. When I returned stateside to my home I put the tins away and quickly forgot I had them. In 2010, while packing my personal effects ,and preparing to move, I discovered those tins. I opened one and fixed myself a cup of tea. The flavor of that Lichee Black tea was simply incredible. The tea was at least 22 years old and was just superb. Wow.
