Everything was perfect about this tea. The aroma is beautiful, the herbs are fresh, and well blended carefully together. I have horrible insomnia to where I'm up for days and just get get to sleep. This helped me get to sleep and woke up refreshed each time I've tried it. I never remember my dreams. Even though I'm told I yell, scream, and grind my teeth so bad I get migraines. Basically I have night terrors that I don't know that I'm having. I haven't have one bad night of sleep since drinking this tea. I do let the loose tea sit for 5-8 mins strain it twice from my mug. But I do not put it in a tea infuser.

I love this tea, it smells so good and makes a pretty pink/purple color in my cup The tea has a very relaxing effect, and I have very vivid dreams that I remember (remembering dreams was a problem for me) since I started taking it. For that alone, I love the tea, but the flavor is really good too. The combination of herbs makes an earthy fresh taste and it does not have a medicine or bitter flavor like other sleep teas I have tried before. This is a great tea for those who need more than the typical sleepy time tea. Another bonus is that a little goes a long way!

I probably wouldn’t order it again but quality seemed good. It just didn’t work as I expected. I also thought there would be more.

The media could not be loaded. Infested with mites, absolutely disgusting.All the bugs are alive and crawling in the blend. MAJOR SAFETY HAZARD !If I could give it zero stars and report this vendor I would.
