Yes it comes pre-strung. It's a fantastic racket. However, I would suggest you buy spare strings because the original ones gave way in less than a month.

What is your warranty period ?

I have no earthly idea. Had it for a good 8 months and it's solid. Love this racquet!

Basically, Higher Tension = More Control; Lower Tension = More Power. Comes down to player preference. Personally I like higher tension because I like to get the ball as close to the tin as possible but if you like power.. go looser. Or something in the middle if you want well-rounded.CheersPaul

This racket includes bag cover?

It includes a slip that covers the head but not the handle. There's no strap or handle so I don't know if you could call it a bag.
