Too sweet and an ugly aftertaste, upset my guts, not worth the money
Bought it attracted by the low price. It’s tasty at first, then the sucralose overwhelms you. Seemed a great price for the protein content, but I wish they made an unsweetened version. Why do they have to add garbage to a “health” food I don’t know, I guess the public likes their candy. I’m disappointed and will go back to Jarrow, which costs more but is untainted. ETA: half hour later the horrible aftertaste lingers on, even after drinking water. ETA, again: this concoction upset my guts later in the day, so I’ve updated my review accordingly, and now rate it worthless.

Yummy
Nice flavor. Makes a great smoothie when I add frozen fruit.

Passable Whey Protein blend, but you're better off with a Whey protein isolate
3.5 starsThis is a drinkable, unoffensive vanilla protein that easily mixes with whatever you like. Here's the issue: its not a whey protein isolate but rather a blend. If you read the ingredients, the first ingredient is Whey Protein Concentrate and the third is Maltodextrin (a starchy blend, basically equivalent to sugar). The second is Whey Protein Isolate. What does that mean? Well, it means that for 180 calories in two scoops you get:two scoops (49 grams)180 calories3g of fat30g of protein7g of carbs(also 75mg of cholesterol!)(18 servings per container)Compare to Amazon Elements Whey Protein Isolate:1 scoop (31 grams)110 calories0g fat2g of carbohydrates25g proteinQuite a difference! And when you compare the number of servings, you have to ask which is more economical. For that matter, compare to skim milk:16oz of skim milk170 calories0g fat24g carbohydrate16g proteinYou get more protein bang for your buck compared to skim milk, but compared to whey protein isolate you can see how this blend falls short.Nature's Wonder also contains small amounts (1.5g) of Creatine, Taurine, and L-Glutamine, though you're probably better off mixing these in yourself.Overall, this is an OK protein powder if you're not concerned about carb and fat intake and just want something to be the base of a quick and dirty meal replacement. If you are watching fat and carbs I would go with a whey protein isolate instead. Last note, sometimes people want a blend of caseins, whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate because they are digested at different speeds. That might be an argument for a blend, but there is no way to tell what the proportions are in this protein's case.

Artificial Vanilla
Artificial tasting. Have to add vanilla extract or a lot of fruit, or even cocoa powder to make it chocolate flavor because I can't stand the taste.

Really good taste- tastes a lot like a thin vanilla pudding - has sucralose but tastes more natural than I expected
This has a great taste - to me it taste a lot like a thin vanilla pudding when only mixed with plain water. It's quite good if you like Vanilla! It mixed up easily with just a whisk. You could use a fork and it does ok - a lot depends on how much you use. 2 scoops is 30 grams of protein. At that amount it mixes fine. If you try to put 4 scoops in a glass of water though, it needs a whisk or something just to smooth it out. This is a good protein powder for anyone that doesn't have a lot of dietary requirements or aversions. It does have soy, and milk, and sucralose. It doesn't taste like it has sucralose though- it tastes sweet, like regular sugar.Though I like the taste a lot, I'm not really clear on the sourcing of the product and wish the label were more clear about that. I would prefer to know for sure where it is made and where the ingredients are sourced from.

Good Nutrition But My Tastebuds Don't Like It
I add proteiin powder to my morning smoothie or yogurt almost every day. I usually use a plant-based protein but I do like to mix it up occasionally and have used whey based powders before. This one mixes well and doesn't feel gritty. It has nutritional information for both 2 and 4 scoop servings (1 or 2 servings). One serving contains 30 grams of protein. And 180 calories. There is a breakdown of amino acids but I'm not knowledgeable enough about the individual ones to know whether this breakdown is good or not.I like vanilla, and it is a flavor that blends well with others. However, I'm not rating this powder very highly because I really don't like the taste of this powder. To me, it tastes artificial and chemical. It tastes like dried milk powder. Your taste buds may vary. The taste is rather off-putting to me. If you like the taste of this one, it seems to be a good product, but I don't be getting this one again.
