This hand soap dispenser replaces a manual dispenser that always seemed to leave a mess. No such mess with this one and installing soap refill is simple.

I love that these are automatic since I'm really not a fan of the touch models, for large office settings I think touchless machines are a sanitary must have. Not difficult to install, just remember when you reorder soap, these take the grey cap soap bottles.

Unfortunately we purchased this item to replace a similar product which stopped working. We installed the new soap dispenser only to find that it does not work either. The soap does not release from the dispenser. This item is not eligible for return so now we must eat the cost of an item that does not work.

Great product and awesome bundle. This is the only soap we use and it feels great on the hands unlike other soaps that dry up your hands from the chemicals they add. You truly do get what you pay for!

Initially I couldn't complain about this but now flaws are beginning to show. This dispenser eats up batteries like you wouldn't believe. I use this at home so it not used continuously every minute of the day. But batteries die very quickly in this. I can't recommend this because you will probably go through tons of batteries. Just be aware.Update 1: So I was previously using rechargeable 1.2 volt NiMH batteries and this seemed to be the issue. Apparently it won't play nice with rechargeables. For me this isn't very desirable though. I'd rather not have to burn through batteries every so often. The only other solution to this would to buy a battery eliminator if you had a outlet close by to this.

Ordered this with the intent of being able to use it all the time in the garage bathroom. Installed it as stated and was able to use it for 2 days before it just kept flowing the liquid out onto the floor. Tried putting hands under it to stop the senses but to no avail. Had to drop open the top and pull the soap out. The spring had been dislodged and another part ended up in the liquid as you can see by pics. Try reaching out to get a refund or replacement and they have a no return policy apparently. GOJO is usually a great product but it seems they may be losing their quality as this was not a properly working soap dispenser and was not able to get a refund. PASS on the product and find something different that BACKS their product. 1 out of 5 stars!!
