Bad Design
Why it looks easy to use and you expect everything to work as beautifully as you see in the pictures, the reality is vastly different.When you fill water, it seeps below the down pushing the bowl up. I've tried it 4 times with the same result.So, you end up with just a huge block of ice below the tub and noice on the sides.Or maybe I haven't figured out how to use it correctly yet.

Just cant believe this type of tat is available on amazon, Silly me for falling for it.totaly a con, it does NOT make ice balls as shown, it does not make it easy, it does wastewater and now suspicious of whether it is food grade plastic thats used.Strongly advise against purchasing this product it does not do as it says.

It is OK but not good
Not a great product. Design looks impressive but not working well. Please take a plain tray sort of silicone mould, than this.
