Terffice Product for Ginger Lovers
I love ginger preserves/conserves and these are so good. Size of ginger pieces is near perfect and the preserving liquid is the perfect consistency for spreading. Nice bite and just the right amount of gingery spice/heat. Price point is also good as I've seen similar for high prices and not nearly as delicious.

Highly Recommend
I gave it four stars as I had nothing to compare it with. However, it was excellent. It definitely had strong ginger flavor and bits of ginger root, but very palpable with just the right amount of sweetness. I would recommend it highly.

Great taste, lots of uses
This is the second or third jar of this tasty ginger preserve that I have purchased. I've served it to guests to use with cheese or crackers or apple slices. We keep it for use on toast for every day.
